Volunteers Needed for Craft Show
School Council's biggest fundraiser of the year is just over a month away and we need your help. Posters at your workplace and bus stop help bring lots of shoppers to the event. We need help on the day of as well, so if you have a couple of hours to spare, please email gowlingcraftshow@gmail.com, or sign in to MunchaLunch.com (the same place you order pizza) and check out the volunteer opportunities under 'fundraising'. Thanks for helping School Council make this a great event again this year.

Library Fundraiser!
The Indigo Love of Reading Foundation has started up again for the 2017-18 School year. This has been a great fundraising event for W.E. Gowling in the past couple of years and we hope to build on our past success for this school year. A big thanks in advance for your participation!!

There are different ways that we can earn books for our library:
Book BonusFor every two books donated online to your school, the Love of Reading Foundation will donate an bonus book to your school, up to 100 books!*
Story Contest
The five most-loved stories in each province will be entered into a random draw for a chance to win* a grand prize of a $2,500 Indigo eGiftcard to purchase books! The remaining four top “hearted” schools in each province will win a $500 Indigo eGiftcard to purchase books.
Tell a Story, Give a StoryEvery time an approved story is posted to your school’s Adopt a School profile, the Love of Reading Foundation will donate a book to your school, up to 20 books!*
Books for Updates (brand new this year)Love of Reading will donate one book to your school every time you make one of the profile updates outlined on your school’s dashboard!*
