WOW!!!

WOW!!!!

We have already DRAMATICALLY surpassed our 350 book goal, with the Indigo Adopt a School Campaign!!

463/350 books and counting!!!

In fact, we have almost surpassed the number of books from last year's super successful campaign (467)!

But we still have lots of time! So...Let's turn this goal up a notch!

We are now aiming for 700 books folks!!

So......

How can we take our goal to the next level?

... let's take it to a galaxy far, far, away...

Yup, that's right!!

What: A celebration for W.E. Gowling and the general public!

League 501 Capital City Garrison will be there in full Star Wars attire for photo ops (so dress up if you can!).  They will be helping us collect donations for our library!

When: Saturday Oct. 1st, 12:30-2:30pm

Where: Pinecrest Chapters (near Ikea)

Cost: Free admission - Please consider donating to our Adopt a School Fund :o)

Don't forget to invite everyone you know!

Looking for other ways to help?

1) Spread the word! Tell your friends that Pinecrest Chapters is accepting donations with every in-store purchase and share our links with your friends online!

2) Go Online! Buy a book (or two, or three, or four...) for W.E. Gowling online - They take no percentage.  It all goes to our library! https://adoptaschool.indigo.ca/eng/schools/1199

3) Go Online AGAIN!! Write a brief story online (using their drop down cues) and Indigo will GIVE OUR SCHOOL A BOOK FOR FREE! https://adoptaschool.indigo.ca/eng/schools/1199 -- only 8/10 free books given to Gowling for stories so far... We know you all have a story to share, so please don't hold back :o)

Also...

Please try to thank those who have taken the time to donate books and/or write stories for W.E. Gowling.  You can do this, by clicking on the hearts beside their donations (see example below). The heart will turn red once you have clicked on it.  It's like a virtual warm hug! Give it a try!

Thanks so much everyone!!!
