40 Days - Second Installment - Recreated Designs at the Gowling Christmas & Holiday Craft Show

Today is another one of those lucky days where we give you an EXTRA sneak peek into the amazing vendors you will find at our craft show on November 14th at W.E. Gowling Public School.

Recreated Designs

The motto at Recreated Designs is reclaimed + repurposed = recreated. I love to recreated anything that has been discarded and is no longer useful in it's current state. All that I do at Recreated Designs involves paint to remake a wide variety of items into beautiful, functional and affordable home decor and furniture.

Counting Down to the Nov.14th Gowling Holiday Craft Show: Day 40 - Tricot et Cuivre

Tricot et Cuivre is a winning combination by two sisters. One crafts copper jewelry and the other knits ...so we put the 2 together.

Sew Crazy

'Sew Crazy' has grown from my passions of sewing, recycling and minimizing my environmental footprint. I love to create one of a kind items that are fun to wear, comfortable, and washable! I use previously loved garments and fabrics, combine them in original ways and give them a new life. No two items are ever the same as I rarely use patterns and my fabric choices are always unique. I also create original items for people who have a special garment they have been saving but want it transformed into something new.

Pumpkins & Peanuts

Pumpkins and Peanuts makes natural products for the whole family.  All of the products have been made with natural ingredients, some even raw and organic.  They do not contain artificial fragrance, artificial colour, emulsifiers, or artificial dispersing agents.  We have many products inspired by the upcoming festive season!

W.E. Gowling is moving up the ranks and we are going to push for the WIN!

Need reasons to vote? 

1) Our school has real needs - We are ranked as #8 regarding socio-economic need among the 114 primary schools in our school board (#10 among all 175 primary and secondary schools in the school board). -- data from the Ottawa Education Foundation.

2) Unlike many schools in the top ten list for Ontario, we have no corporate partner supporting our adopt a school campaign - We are purely driven by community support!

3) Our kids are so hungry for these books! They are hearing updates about this campaign daily during school anouncements and they are incredibly excited about our ongoing success - REALLY they are nearly busting at the seams! 

4) Because you can and it's free. One click a day is all it takes and it makes a huge difference in our school!
